2 x 350g chicken breasts - trimmed and cut into 2cm pieces
1/2 cup gluten-free sweet chilli sauce
2 x Carrot or Capsicum (or any veggies on hand) cut into matchsticks
200g stir fry noodles
Directions
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken, stirring for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add Veggies and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through.
Mix in sauce. Stir and coof for a further 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cook your noodles as per packet instructions and add noodles to chicken mixture.
