Student Tech Assist

Student TechAssist now available

If you’re unsure about navigating Deakin’s digital systems (or just need help connecting to Wi-Fi or printing), on-demand technical assistance is available until the end of Week 2 across all Deakin campuses.

Student TechAssist offers in-person IT support and can be accessed 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday at the service desk of your campus library. No appointment needed – just look for the people wearing grey aprons and blue lanyards!

The Student TechAssist initiative has been heavily advocated for by the DUSA Student Council and we’re excited to see it implemented. Your DUSA team are strong advocates for you and we are always looking for ways to improve your experience at Deakin!
