T3 Orientation recap

To kick off Trimester 3 2024, DUSA hosted a range of online and in-person events to welcome our newest students and catch up with familiar faces.

On Friday 25 October we ran two online events. Our Get to Know DUSA session was a chance for students to learn more about what we do and to meet some of our student representatives, while our Online Social Session was a fun way to end the week with online games and interactive chat.

On Tuesday 29 October we hosted Beats and Eats at our Burwood campus. With free food, live music, club and partner stalls, art activations and plenty of giveaways it was a great opportunity for students to come together and get involved. Running alongside Beats and Eats was Come and Try Pickleball hosted by DUSA Sport and DeakinACTIVE. This was a chance for students to meet new people, get the heart pumping, and have a go at something new.

As always, a huge shout out to our student volunteers, clubs, partners and everyone involved in the success of these events.
