Club Event of the Month – February

The DUSA Club Event of the Month for February goes to the Deakin Medical Research Student Association (MRSA) from Geelong for their Honours Welcome Event!

The Honours Welcome Event was organised for students commencing their honours program in the School of Medicine, in collaboration with the School of Medicine Honours Coordinators. The event welcomed new honours medical research students from our Waurn Ponds Campus, Waterfront Campus, and those who are based at HERB (Barwon Health).

The event included informative and insightful presentations as well as icebreakers, games, a catered lunch, and an opportunity for club members to mingle with new students and staff. Overall, it was a great success!
