Looking to stay fit and healthy during Self Care Week? Join one of our many group fitness classes with DeakinACTIVE (see timetable below). We've got both in-person and online options to make sure you can easily participate no matter where you are.
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and offer a variety of options to keep you engaged and motivated. From high-energy classes to yoga and meditation, we have something for everyone.
Experienced instructors will guide you through each workout, providing modifications as needed to ensure that you can safely participate and get the most out of each class. Plus, DeakinACTIVE's supportive and inclusive community will help to keep you motivated and on track to reach your fitness goals through the Deakin MOVES app.
With our convenient online classes, you can participate in our workouts from the comfort of your own home, while still feeling connected to our community. And for those who prefer in-person classes, we offer a variety of options on campus to fit your busy schedule.
