This course provides participants with the skills to recognise common mental health problems, knowledge of possible causes or risk factors and an awareness of treatments available. The course provides participants with the skills in how to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health problem and how to take appropriate action if a crisis situation arises.
This blended course will require you to complete an online component prior to the training, followed by two class sessions.
You will be posted a learning resource for your virtual sessions (included in ticket price)
This course is delivered over 2 x 1/2 days online, you must attend BOTH sessions.
