Terms and Conditions
All
equipment MUST be thoroughly cleaned prior to its return. If not, the hiring club will be charged a cleaning fee of $200
The hiring club will be responsible for any equipment damaged during the hire period, with costs estimated at around $1,000 for damages to either the speaker or popcorn machine
The
equipment must be returned on the date specified unless otherwise
arranged with a DUSA staff member. Delays in returning the equipment may result in further costs
incurred to the club
No branding is to be affixed/attached onto any part of the hiring
equipment. If this occurs, damages must be covered by the club to
replace/clean the equipment
Provide DUSA with a copy of a current Food Handlers Safety Certificate for one of the students who will be present on the day
Provide DUSA with a completed Risk
Assessment. DUSA is happy to provide a Risk
Assessment template for your convenience
The
hirer may not allow or authorise any other person or club to borrow, re-hire or have possession of the equipment without written approval from DUSA.
Please note - Equipment cannot be taken off campus.
