Bachelor of food and nutrition science, Ketki, is bringing you a fun workshop where you’ll be making one of the most loved and popular street foods of India, Vadapav!
Why did you design this workshop?
The main purpose of designing this workshop is to teach students about the Indian cultural and food. To introduce them to the most loved street food MUMBAI VADA PAV.
What are you most looking forward to on running this workshop?
The thing I am eagerly looking forward during this workshop is making new friends and sharing the recipe of my favourite food.
Why should people sign up for this workshop?
I believe this workshop will have people from all over the world. Which means there is diversity in cultures and food habits. People signing up to this workshop will have exposure to different cultures, which will help them broaden their views.
What do you love most about DUSA?
DUSA has been supporting all the students in different ways without any nationality barrier. And this is what I love the most about it. It also promotes students to showcase their skills and this gives confidence to the students.
