Underwater Hockey is a relatively new and growing sport. It involves wearing snorkelling gear and diving to the bottom of a swimming pool with a small stick, about 30 cm, and flicking a lead weighted puck along the bottom of a pool. There are 6 players on a team and up to four subs. It is a great game for beginners, and good for fitness, fun and socialising.
