Christian Union creates great fellowship and friendship for Deakin students, and provides opportunities for students to learn more about Jesus. Our weekly public meeting includes food, discussion and talks on the Bible (1pm each Wednesday during semester). Bible studies are held several times each week. Deakin University Cheerleading Club is divided into two competitive squads. One is a more casual team, with the emphasis being on having fun and learning the basics of cheerleading- stunting, tumbling and dance. The other squad competes at a more advanced level and demands a higher level of commitment. Cheerleading is a fun way to get fit and make friends for life.

The Deakin Enviro Club is a social collective, with a strong positive environmental focus.
